Women’s Intro to Lifting Weights
Achieve your goals and learn the fundamentals of safe and effective weight lifting! This class is designed to offer women a group atmosphere and instruction for weight training.
March 5-April 9 (6 weeks), Tuesdays 7:00-8:00am, Free Weight Room
$75 Member Price (6 participants max), led by Personal Trainers
Learning the Squat, Bench and Deadlift
In a small group setting, learn how to perform the three main free weight lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. This class emphasizes form and will help you build strength through proper weight progressions and technique. Don’t let these extremely useful exercises intimidate you anymore!

TRX Small Group Training
Transform your body through suspension training utilizing body weight and gravity. Overcome plateaus and elevate your results! TRX exercises are easily modified for all experience levels.
