Small Group Training

Under the guidance of certified instructors, join us for the following specialized adult fitness programs. At this time we are offering the programs listed below, but stay tuned for more in the fall. Body Prep — Check back for fall session!

Join us for this new beginner/intermediate strength and weight program — ideal for anyone that wants to improve their overall health and fitness. Strength training is important for total fitness as well as weight loss because it increases muscle mass and EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, which will continue to burn calories at rest). This 6-week progressive program will level-up every two weeks. Stabilization and functional movements will be done using a circuit model to increase efficiency and keep your heart pumping! Come join the Y’s small group training class and get ready for an active, healthy summer.

When: 6 week session, begins 6/28 and ends 8/18

Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00am

Location: Turf area of Wellness floor

Cost: $114 per member


Body Sculpt — Check back for fall session!

Join us for this small group fitness class and add some definition to your form. Held in the turf area of Wellness, we use weights and TRX equipment to level up.

When: 6 week session, begins 6/22 and ends 8/19

Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00-8:00am

Location: Turf area of Wellness floor

Cost: $128 per member
