Fall Group Hikes — Free & Fun!
Join us for one or all seven of our group hikes this fall. We start closer to Burlington and with an easier hike, going a bit further afield and getting a bit more challenging as the weeks go by. Join in the fun, bringing a friend or family if you’d like. All are welcome to attend. Assistant Fitness Director Ryan Grey will lead the hikes.
The hikes are free, but two hikes leave from State parks that have a day-use fee. All hikes start at 10am. First hike is September 7th. Registration is preferred, but not necessary.

TRX Small Group Training
Transform your body through suspension training utilizing body weight and gravity. Overcome plateaus and elevate your results! TRX exercises are easily modified for all experience levels. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Women Lifting Weights
Have an understanding of free weight based exercise, but want some additional structure and guidance? Our training staff is here to help! Join our small group where you will utilize free weight based exercises with an emphasis on form and technique to work your way through an entire workout. Zumba on the Waterfront at the Community Sailing Center
We’re hosting a Zumba class at the Community Sailing Center on Burlington’s waterfront! Sail through Latin, Hip Hop, and international rhythms as the music exhilarates us and the views astound us! Ditch the workout and join the party on deck. For all levels, age 16 and older.

Stroller Bootcamp at Waterfront Park
Increase your muscule tone and strength; engage and restore your core stability and power; elevate your level of cardiovascular endurance; and develop more balance and flexibility through this all-encompassing bootcamp! Single and Double strollers welcomed. Stroller must be sturdy, not prone to tipping and provide safety straps to secure your child for the duration of class.

This class is just a taste of the type of training that goes into Powerlifting. Instruction will build the foundation for Powerlifting’s 3 big lifts: the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. The class work is all about form and technique. Each week will be focused on one specific lift. Come learn how to pick up heavy things and have fun while doing it!
