TRX Small Group Training
Transform your body through suspension training utilizing body weight and gravity. Overcome plateaus and elevate your results! TRX exercises are easily modified for all experience levels. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Women Lifting Weights
Have an understanding of free weight based exercise, but want some additional structure and guidance? Our training staff is here to help! Join our small group where you will utilize free weight based exercises with an emphasis on form and technique to work your way through an entire workout.
