Tiny Steps Tumbling is a playful, movement-rich class designed to help little ones build confidence, coordination, and early motor skills. With the support of a grown-up, children explore soft mats, small balance equipment, and age-appropriate obstacles that encourage crawling, climbing, rolling, and jumping in a safe, supportive environment. Through guided activities, music, and engaging props, toddlers develop strength, balance, and body awareness while learning to follow simple directions. This class is all about joyful movement, exploration, and celebrating each child?s growing independence.

Early Steps Tumbling
Early Steps Tumbling introduces young children to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun, supportive setting. Dancers build strength, coordination, and confidence as they practice skills like forward rolls, balances, basic cartwheel progressions, and safe jumping and landing techniques. Age-appropriate equipment, obstacle courses, and imaginative movement games keep learning engaging and playful. With a focus on body awareness, listening skills, and trying new things, this class helps little tumblers develop a solid foundation for future gymnastics or dance?while having a great time along the way!

Growing Steps Tumbling
Growing Steps Tumbling helps developing gymnasts build strength, flexibility, and confidence as they progress through foundational tumbling skills. Students practice controlled rolls, bridges, handstand and cartwheel variations, beginning walkovers, and safe jumping and landing techniques?all with age-appropriate spotting and supportive instruction. Using mats, balance equipment, and fun obstacle courses, the class encourages focus, perseverance, and body awareness. This energetic program gives young athletes the skills they need to grow, progress, and feel proud of what their bodies can do.
