Before viewing the schedules, please read the important policy information below about how to sign up for classes, our GBYMCA mobile app, and No-Show policy. Thank you!

When Sign Up is required, registration opens 47 hours before the start time of the activity.

Please note: class schedules are in GroupEx Pro software, which is separate from your Daxko account (that is used for membership payment and program registration). To sign up for a fitness class through GroupEx Pro, you can get started either of the ways below!

Sign Up online
To sign up through the online schedules, you must first create an account in GroupEx Pro. When you click the Sign Up button in the schedule, you will be prompted to create an account. Once you have an account, use it to register for fitness classes!

GBYMCA mobile app
Our free mobile app works within the Group ExPro software, making sign up for classes simple! You can also scan your barcode into your phone for easy check-in, set fitness goals, track your workouts, link with other apps, request a personal trainer, refer a friend, and more!

Search GBYMCA (or click links) to download from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Once downloaded, find and sign up for your favorite class! Tap CLASSES, then tap the drop icon (top nav. bar, to the right of Filters). Tap to select one or more schedules by highlighting the star on right, then tap the arrow on the top left to go back to view the schedules selected. Tap on any class listing for more info. Within the 47 hour sign up window? Book Class (or Join Waitlist) for any class.

Any problems setting up or using the app? Ask someone at the Member Engagement desk, they’ll be happy to assist you!

When you sign up for pool use or a spot in a Group Fitness class, you help us manage capacity in those areas. But when you sign up and don’t show up, you may be taking a spot someone else would like to have.

If you sign up for pool use or in-person group exercise class but cannot make it, you must cancel at least 2 hours prior to allow someone else to take your spot. If you do not, it will be counted as a “no-show.” Three no-shows within 30 days and you will lose your ability to register again for 14 days.

Let’s do this!

  • In Schedules, Sign Up for a time in the pool or a group fitness class. Reservations open 48 hours before time slot.
  • Keep your reservation commitment, and arrive a bit early for check-in with the lifeguard or instructor. It is the members’ responsibility to check in.
  • If you arrive late, you may lose your spot to a waitlisted member or walk-in, and be listed as a no-show.
  • If you arrive late and space is still available, check-in with the lifeguard immediately upon arrival, or with the instructor at the end of the group fitness class to avoid disruption. You are responsible for checking-in to prevent a no-show.
  • If you must cancel, do so at least 2 hours prior to prevent a no-show, and allow another member to enjoy that time in the pool or class.
  • If you don’t cancel, but don’t show up, it will be counted as a no-show.
  • If you cancel, but don’t cancel at least 2 hours prior to your reserved time, it will be counted as a no-show.
  • Three no-shows within 30 days and you will lose your ability to register again for 14 days (you may, however, continue to be a walk-in when space allows).
  • Waitlisted members are automatically enrolled for class once a spot opens up — so check your email for registration confirmations before class and be ready to join in if there are cancellations!
