Cancellation Policy:

When you sign up for pool use or a spot in a Group Fitness class, you help us manage capacity in those areas. But when you sign up and don’t show up, you may be taking a spot someone else would like to have.

If you sign up for pool use or in-person group exercise class but cannot make it, you must cancel within the specified time prior to allow someone else to take your spot. If you do not, it will be counted as a “no-show.” Three no-shows within 30 days and you will lose your ability to register again for 14 days.

Cancellation Times:

  • Twelve (12) hours prior for early morning classes with 6:00-9:00am start times.
  • Two hours prior to the start of class for any class that starts after 9:00am or later.

How to avoid a “no show”:

  • Make sure you attend any class or pool session for which you register.
  • Arrive a bit early and check in with the lifeguard or instructor. If not, your spot may get forfeited to a waitlist member or walk-in. It is the members’ responsibility to check in.
  • If you arrive late and space is still available, still check-in with the lifeguard immediately upon arrival, or with the instructor at the end of the group fitness class.
  • If you must cancel, do so within the cancellation times prior for classes that start between 6:00-9:00am, as specified above. Don’t forget: this allows another member to enjoy that time in the pool or class!

Waitlisted members are automatically enrolled for class once a spot opens — so check your email for registration confirmations before class and be ready to join in if there are cancellations!
