Aquatic Fitness Programs are included with your membership. Registration is required and participants must be members.

NEW: Making Waves

This high energy interval training class will utilize low impact to intense cardio, Pilates, and strength training intervals.  We will work on and off the bottom with and without equipment.  All fitness levels will be accommodated and challenged. 

Time: Wednesdays +Fridays, 2:30-3:15pm 

Ai Chi

Ai Chi involves gentle, fluid, low-impact movements performed slowly in water with a focus on breathing. It helps with increasing oxygen intake, is deeply relaxing, and safely increases range of motion and mobility.

Time: Tuesdays + Thursdays, 1:00-1:45pm, Program Pool

Aqua Arthritis Exercise

Join a fun, joint-safe activity that will help decrease pain, stiffness, and improve flexibility, and make an impact on your daily life. Class is 45 minutes in length and takes place in our warm program pool. 

Time: Mondays + Fridays, 11:00-11:45am, Program Pool

Water Aerobics

Exercise your independence during this conditioning and resistance training program. For ages 16+. Class registration is required and opens 48 hours in advance of class. 

Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:15-7:00am, Program Pool

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! Class registration is required and opens 48 hours in advance of class. 

Time: Tuesdays + Thursdays, 6:45-7:30pm, Program Pool

Silver Foxes

Get fit, strong, and energized in the warmth of our Program Pool! Increase your flexibility, improve posture and balance, and make everyday living easier with this safe and effective workout.

Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00-9:30am, Program Pool

Aqua Yoga

A low-impact aquatic exercise that helps to develop strength, balance, and increase your range of motion. This is accomplished by performing yoga poses in the warm program pool, in coordination with diaphragmatic breathing and long exhalations. Aqua Yoga is gentle to your body, taking the principles and movements of Yoga and adapting them to water. 

Time: Wednesdays, 1:00-1:45pm, Program Pool
