Aquatic Fitness classes are included in your membership, and are held in the warm Program Pool. Registration is required and participants must be Members.

Ai Chi

Water Tai Chi. Meditation in motion. Enjoy learning this ancient Chinese Art that involves a series of gentle, fluid, low-impact moments performed slowly with a focus on breathing and meditation. Recommended to ease arthritic pain and improve balance and flexibility. 

Time: Tuesdays, 1:00-1:45

Aqua Aerobics Blast

A high-energy cardiovascular workout designed to keep you moving. Maximize your calorie burn by concentrating on intensity, speed, and strength work. This class will work your core, arms, legs, and boost your endurance! 

Time: Thursday, 6:45-7:30am

Aqua Arthritis Exercise

Join a fun, joint-safe activity that will help decrease pain, stiffness, and improve flexibility, and make an impact on your daily life. Class is 45 minutes in length and takes place in our warm program pool. 

Time: Mondays + Fridays, 11:00-11:45am

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! Class registration is required and opens 48 hours in advance of class. 

Time: Tuesdays, 6:45-7:30pm and Sundays, 9:00-9:45am

Power Waves

Exercise your independence during this conditioning and resistance training program in our program pool.

Time: Wednesday, 6:30-7:15am

Silver Foxes

Get fit, strong, and energized in the warmth of our Program Pool! Increase your flexibility, improve posture and balance, and make everyday living easier with this safe and effective workout.

Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00-9:30am

Water Aerobics

Exercise your independence during this conditioning and resistance training program. For ages 16+. Class registration is required and opens 48 hours in advance of class.
