Hi I’m Ellen, mom to two small kids (3 + 6) and NASM certified Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about making people feel good in the bodies that they have. Helping people feel strong and capable is my main goal. I started my adult life as a 4th grade teacher, had kids, and now here I am, teaching all sorts of people ways to move and strengthen their bodies. I have a sports background in soccer, downhill skiing, snowboarding, nordic skiing, and running. My current fitness activities that bring me joy are functional training, running, and hiking. I am a master of efficiency (see above: two small kids) and a lover of a job well done.CERTIFICATIONS:• NASM Certified Personal Trainer
