When you take a free, no-obligation tour with one of our Member Services specialists, we'll provide a 3-day (consecutive) guest pass so you can personally experience the Y. During these three days, you'll enjoy all the benefits of membership: you can swim some laps, use the fitness center, or take a group fitness class.

Realize Your Potential

Here at the Y, we want you to succeed. That's why we include a free one-hour Personal Training session ($55 value) for every new member. Our certified personal trainers will help you accomplish your short- and long-term health and fitness goals. Personal training is the most effective way to get the results you want and to stay motivated! Our trainers have experience working with individuals of all abilities and fitness levels, so whether you're trying something new, renewing your fitness program, or you're an elite athlete, we have a trainer who can inspire you to realize your health and fitness potential.
