Low Impact & Senior Programs

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, are looking to relieve arthritis pain, or just want to connect and have fun with your peers, these programs are a perfect place to start. If you are especially interested in activities that reduce stress on your joints, consider the water-assisted exercise programs offered in our pools (click here to learn more) — providing natural resistance and the ability to improve your balance, flexibility, and mood.

Special COVID-19 Note:  At this time, we are unable to offer our pre-COVID schedule of classes. We are, however, offering several classes a week (both in-person and virtual) that are geared toward those looking for low-impact and senior programming.
