Lifeguard Certification

Train to be a lifeguard! Learn lifesaving skills to help people stay safe in, on, and around the water. You must be 15 years old by the final day of class to enroll.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive two certifications: Lifeguarding Skills and First Aid/CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Additional modules, such as waterfront skills to lifeguard natural bodies of water, may be available and require a conversation with the instructor.

This is a blended learning class, so you will have 7-10 hours of course work (which your instructor will grant access to) that must be completed prior to the start of the class. To successfully complete the course, participants are expected to be strong swimmers, mature and professional, and attend all class sessions.
