Monday – Thursday: 6 am – 9 pm
Friday: 6 am – 8 pm
Saturday: 8 am – 6 pm
Sunday: 8 am – 2 pm

On-Site and Virtual Classes
Please note while viewing the Group Exercise schedule that we are offering both on-site and virtual fitness classes. Participants must register for both types of classes. Reminder, members must bring their own mats, sweat towels, yoga props, and resistance bands to any classes using such equipment. Registration opens 48 hours before the start time of the class.
