Board of Directors to Host Community Listening Sessions

The Greater Burlington YMCA’s Board of Directors is hard at work on a new strategic planning process. The Y has been working from our current strategic plan for the last three years, and we’re feeling the time is right for a refresh. In order to do its due diligence, select members of the Board are hosting listening sessions in many local communities to gather input and insight from the Greater Burlington area residents. There’s no better time to share your insights about your community’s needs.

We’re planning for the years ahead, and listening sessions will help us to hear from locals. We are, after all, the Greater Burlington Y. Our listening sessions will host neighbors for open conversations about the programs, services, and community spaces that matter most to them. The series of event are free and no registration is required. Everyone is welcome!
