Youth Fitness

Fun + Fitness

At the Y, our sports programs keep kids active, teach friendly competition and introduce healthy practices for life. Sports and recreation at the Y create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, learn to work as a team and connect with positive role models — all in an inclusive environment.

Please stay tuned for the next session of youth programs as we work to bring on needed staff!

Note: COVID-19 vaccination is required for ages 12+ who enter our facility, masks are required for 2-11 year olds.
