Teen Strength and Conditioning
This small group weight training class for teens will focus on learning the basics of strength training, getting acclimated to the wellness area, and learning nutrition and health information that will last them a lifetime. This class will offer:
• Learning skills from a certified personal trainer
• Total body workouts each week
• Learning proper form and good gym etiquette while meeting your fitness goals
Ages: 13 to 17
Day + Time: Sundays, 10:00-11:00am on the turf in Wellness
