Body Prep
This class is ideal for anyone that wants to improve their overall health and fitness. Strength training is important for total fitness and weight loss because it increases muscle mass and EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, which will continue to burn calories at rest). Functional movements will be done on a circuit to increase efficiency and keep your heart pumping!
