Under the guidance of certified instructors, join us for the following specialized adult fitness programs. Class sizes are small so you get the benefit of individual attention — like small group personal training!

TRX

Transform your body through suspension training utilizing body weight and gravity. Overcome plateaus and elevate your results! TRX exercises are easily modified for all experience levels.

Body Sculpt

Join us for this small group fitness class and add some definition to your form. Held in the turf area of Wellness, we use weights and TRX equipment to level up.

When: 7-week sessions
Location: Turf area of Wellness floor
Cost: Member $128

Body Prep

This class is ideal for anyone that wants to improve their overall health and fitness. Strength training is important for total fitness and weight loss because it increases muscle mass and EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, which will continue to burn calories at rest). Functional movements will be done on a circuit to increase efficiency and keep your heart pumping!
