Complete an Application
We have created an application that you can complete in one of two ways.
For many, it may be easiest to click on the application button below, complete the application electronically and email it to Tracey Shamberger, our Director of Business Development. Simply save the completed application to your computer and then attach it to an email sent to Tracey at email@example.com.
If you prefer to print out an application and drop it off at the Y, you can do that too! Click, print, complete and bring the completed application to the Y at 266 College Street.
Establish a Payment Method
Whether you complete an application online and email it back, or you opt to print it off and bring it by in person, the next step is to speak with a member of our Y staff to set up an easy bank or credit card draft to pay your monthly membership dues.
