Little Learners (ages 2-3)

This 45-minute class combines the elements of creative movement and ballet into one fun and exciting class. Students will learn basic techniques, coordination, strength, flexibility, and rhythm as they explore how to move in and through space with their peers. Parents are encouraged to stay for the duration of the class.

Beginner Ballet (ages 3-4)

Our introductory ballet class, focusing on creative movement and ballet fundamentals. This level is designed for young children who are new to dance. We will use a fun combination of books, floor exercises, games, and barre work to introduce children to the exciting world of ballet.

Ballet II (ages 4-6)

Ballet II builds on skills developed through several sessions of Beginner Ballet, delving deeper into proper technique and more sophisticated steps. This level is appropriate for 5-6 year olds who have not taken a dance class before, or for younger children who have already had the opportunity to learn ballet basics.

Tiny Tumblers (ages 2-3)

Children will be engaged in tumbling using animal walks, rolls and balance. We emphasize safe play environments while being introduced to music, large and small motor skills, coordination and self-confidence. Parents, along with the instructor will assist children through a series of obstacle courses and other selected activities.

Beginner Gymnastics (ages 3-4)

Our introductory gymnastics class focuses on enhancing large motor development. Activities encourage coordination, balance, strength, and body/spatial awareness. Emphasis will be on developing self-confidence, building basic skills and having FUN!

Gymnastics II (ages 4-6)

Builds on skills developed through several sessions of Beginner Gymnastics, enhancing and advancing basic gymnastic progressions on the floor and bars, while improving flexibility and strength. This level is appropriate for 5-6 year olds, or for younger children who have gone through the basics of gymnastics.

Warrior Youth Fitness (ages 7-12)

45 Minute class that mixes cardio and strength to help build a love for fitness

Total Tabata (ages 13-18)

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, teens will improve balance, strength, cardio endurance, proprioception (awareness of where you are in space).
