Format includes stress reduction, mindfulness, yogic breathing, warming up with yoga, playful movement stories, yoga games, and a generous, focused relaxation time. Bring your own mat, towel and water.

Participants must register by clicking Sign Up in the class listing on the Group Exercise schedules page, or through our Y mobile app.

EvoKids Yoga at St. Marks

This upbeat, active yoga class will blend yoga poses, games, and mindfulness with great music and tons of fun. Yoga is perfect for combating the extra sitting that comes along with online school days — stretching muscles and building strength is crucial for helping with core strength and posture in developing bodies. Afterschool yoga helps kids let go of the stress of the school day and get their bodies moving while learning tools to improve focus.

Dates: Tuesdays, 11/3 – 12/8

Ages: 5-11

Location: Y Child Care at St. Marks on North Ave., Burlington (officially 21 Dodds Court)

Time: 3:30-4:30 pm

Cost: $90 for full session
