Youth Strength and Conditioning
This program teaches middle school and high school students the importance of a well-balanced strength training program, including proper warm up, strength training, conditioning, and flexibility. Our trainers will provide guidance and assistance to ensure that participants are working out in a safe and efficient manner. Programs are designed for any youth or teen, whether you’re new to lifting, an athlete, or someone just looking to improve your overall fitness.
Intro to Parkour (ages 10-15)
Parkour is a sport using movement that developed from military obstacle course training, where participants will learn to move quickly and fluidly by swinging, climbing, running, jumping, rolling, vaulting & quadrapedal movements.
Student Athlete Clinic (ages 13-18)
Balance, flexibility and agility conditioning are the foundation and building block to a well-balanced Youth Strength Training Program. This program will help your Student Athlete to be the best that they can be. Each session will work on speed, agility, endurance, strength training and athletic conditioning exercises.
