The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. The benefits, however, are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning to swim or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, sports and fitness at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Youth Swim Lessons
Ages 6 months - 16 years
Seven week session begins in mid-September! Putting safety first, experienced swim instructors teach youth of all ages this vital life skill.
Youth Swim Team
Ages 5 - 18
School year and summer teams focused on instilling strong core values, goal setting, and fun.
Ages 2 - 15
Ballet, Toddler Time, Modern/Jazz, Hip Hop! Check out the youth dance classes here at the Y.
Ages 10 - 18
