Camp Propel — Excited for Summer 2021!

Get up and move this summer with Y’s Camp Propel! This all-new, co-ed day camp based in Burlington is for ages 8-14. Campers will learn leadership skills and teamwork through participation in group sports like basketball, soccer, baseball, and archery, while also investigating the best of what the Vermont landscape has to offerThey’ll take advantage of our beautiful location on the lake at Rock Point Commons by exploring ways to be active in nature: hiking, kayaking, swimming, and more!    

Dates:  Seven 1-week sessions June 21-25 through August 9-13 (no camp 7/5-7/9)
Times:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Cost:  $250 per week.

  • Y Scholarships may be available
  • State subsidy is not available
  • Campers bring lunch and two healthy snacks each day

A Day in the Life at Camp Propel

Each day, campers will participate in team-based sports, go on nature expeditions, and engage in fun activities! Camp Propel is open to children of all ability levels. Are you already a pro in your sport or a lover of the outdoors? You will have the chance to teach your peers what you know! Want to improve your skills? Learn from your friends and camp counselors through low-pressure, high-energy practices, scrimmages, and expeditions. Looking for a new sport? Your camp leaders will show you cool new ways to be athletic in Vermont using our beautiful state as a backdrop.
