Half Day Specialty Camps at Camp Koda

We are excited for these programs to return in the summer of 2021!

Art & Yoga with Evolution Yoga

Evolution’s Outdoor Yoga and Art Camp provides children with a fun, creative, and enriching experience through high-energy yoga movement games, arts and crafts, and mindfulness activities. We will strive to have our camp activities outdoors as much as possible with lots of room to move, run, and get active (weather permitting). Our camp is sure to create lasting memories with new friendships and a foundation for health and well-being.

Juggle scarves, balance feathers, cat leap, jump! Kick over “buildings” and roll through the “streets” to get to the animals! Learn Kryptonite removal, neutralize poison bubbles, play street games! Use water noodles, hoops, rings and lots more! We’ll use our new skills to choreograph a cool dance. STEAM: Moves and Creates!!

This fun, non-competitive camp will have us exploring the space where movement meets science and the arts. We’ll make gliders, build with marshmallows and more. How would your body move if you were guided by air or made of clay? Explore spatial concepts, reactions, create art, balance a giant feather! We’ll do moves on the mats like cat leaps, rolls and strengthening. All concepts will be applied to movement activities such as creative and mirror dance. The focus will be on learning through the body, building on locomotor, gross and fine motor skills. Kids should wear sneakers, clothes that can get messy and bring extras!
