Join Evolution Family Yoga Center to practice yoga, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and get some wiggles out. Yoga helps children become attuned to their bodies inside and out. EvoKids Yoga helps to build self-confidence and self-awareness, manage emotions, and promote a healthy lifestyle. The goal of this class is to leave your child relaxed and happy.

Flip, Dance and Circus
Tumble, dance, juggle and spin! Learn 8-counts with fun activities. Work on creative dance, mirror dance and human sculptures! Dance to popular, appropriate music while we learn to follow counts and patterns. We’ll work on basic mat skills and learn proper form for cartwheels, jumps, rolls, leaps and more! Can you do a toe turn or cat leap? Walk the walls like Spiderman? Play games like TAP, Elephant, 5 Corners and Strike a Pose! We’ll have fun learning circus arts to music such as “Cirque du Soleil” while we juggle scarves, balance feathers, spin plates and LOTS MORE!! Strengthening, motor development and learning what your body can do are the focus. GymShow for family and friends last day of class at (time? Usually half hour before end of class) ** Kids will receive special circus prop to take home!! **

Welcome Fall! This session we’ll perform for the holidays at University Mall and for area sports teams! Lots of community building fun! All events are family friendly and fun for all!
This exciting program stresses fun, self-awareness and community involvement! What can your body DO? How strong can we get? Participants in Cheer Team will learn dance, poise, arm motions, jumps, chants, cheers and some mat skills. Learn or perfect moves such as cartwheels/roundoffs, and work on flexibility! You will also learn teamwork, play games, and form groups to develop cheers and dances! Practice is weekly. All moves are appropriate, and cheers/dances are sharp looking, yet easy to learn.
Outreach to others is an important part of our work, and we often perform for seniors and charity events. Do you have an idea for an event? Let us know!!
Uniforms can be purchased IF DESIRED for about $45 for the skirt, shell and bow. All kids will need black shirts/shorts, white socks/sneakers
