Open Recreation in the Gym
While no reservation is required, capacity in the gymnasium is set at 20 members at any given time. Members are responsible for following all guidelines and cleaning equipment and spaces they use. To view the current recreation times, visit our gymnasium schedule by clicking here.

Adult Drop-In Dance Classes
New for this fall, our Adult Dance classes begin Thursday, Sept. 16 and run through Saturday, Oct. 30. Come for one or join us each week! Questions? Contact Flora Dewar, our Youth & Family Coordinator at email@example.com or 862-9622 x158.
Cost Per Class: $10 for members / $20 for non-members
Adult Ballet (16+)
For those with strong ballet foundations or a new interest in the art, Adult Ballet will allow participants to dive into the world of ballet through floor activities, barre exercises, and short-form choreographies.
Thursdays, 6:45-7:45pm in Studio B
Adult Jazz/Hip Hop (16+)
Calling all dancers! Whether you are brand new to dance or have been dancing for years, this class will give you the opportunity to get in the groove and explore the fun, flirty, fabulous movements of Jazz and Hip Hop.
Thursdays, 8:00-9:00pm in Studio B
Adult Improvisation (16+)
