Evolution Prenatal Aqua Fitness
Working out in water is a great way to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy! Prenatal aqua fitness gives the joints and bones a natural support while exercising and can reduce pregnancy swelling, combat restless leg and muscle cramping by increasing circulation (goodbye charlie horses!), and help with low back pain, digestion, and balance. In this fun and upbeat prenatal aquafit class, you will safely develop core abdominal strength, stability, flexibility through specific exercises and water resistance.
Fridays, 8:00-8:45am, Y Program Pool.
