Aquatic Fitness Classes
All of the following Aquatic Fitness Programs are included with your membership. No need to register, just come on out to any class that fits your schedule. Non-Members are welcome to participate by purchasing a day pass ($12 for adults, $7 for seniors 65 and over). All programs take place in Burlington.

Join a fun, joint safe activity that will help decrease pain, stiffness, and improve flexibility that will make an impact on your daily life in our Program Pool. Monday & Wednesday Arthritis class is conducted with an instructor, Friday class is self-guided with laminated routines.

Relaxation Swim (Ages 16+)
Let the 88° warmth of the Program Pool assist your therapeutic needs. Great for those with physical challenges or for individuals recovering from an injury.
Water Aerobics (Ages 16+)
Exercise your independence during this conditioning and resistance training program.
