We are excited to bring you online program registration that puts you in the driver's seat, giving you the ability to:

  • Search for YMCA programs
  • Check availability of programs
  • Register the whole family at once
  • View registrations
  • Get immediate confirmation

You must establish a user ID and password which will allow you to access our Online Program Registration System and will ensure your privacy and credit card security. PLEASE NOTE: This only needs to be done once.

You need an email address to complete the online registration process. We will use this email address to send you any information regarding your online registration account, and for occasional member updates. It will not be disclosed or sold to any third party. If you  currently do not have an email address, you may sign up for a free account by clicking on the following address: http://www.hotmail.com.

Payments online must be made in full with either Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Child Care, Dance Programs, Summer Day Camp programs, and Swim Team are NOT available to register online.

NOTE: All Programs listed with WCC before their name represent programs taking place at the Greater Burlington YMCA's Satellite Facility at Winooski's O'Brien Community Center.

All memberships must be current through the term you are registering for.  Memberships must be renewed or opened at the Welcome Center in the Greater Burlington YMCA facility before participating in Online Registration.

Tips and Tricks

  • Be sure that your membership does not expire during the term your are registering for. If your membership is expired, or will expire during the term, please stop by the Welcome Center and renew your membership.
  • Using the "Member Services" section of our online registration system, you may maintain and inquire about your families' membership information
  • Update names, addresses, and phone numbers
  • View past registrations
  • View current membership information (Type, Expiration Date, etc)
  • Change Online Registration System password
  • The security of your personal information is of the highest importance to us. When you are logged into our Online Registration System, you will see our web address starts with "https". This means that your information, including credit card number, has bee encrypted and is only readable to you and our online registration server.
