One on One Personal Training 

ptOur Certified Personal Trainers will help you develop an individualized program to assist you in obtaining physical fitness, injury prevention, and motivation. Each session is one hour and will be catered to your individual needs.

Small Group Training

Small group training consists of 2-4 individuals (family, friends,co-workers, etc.) working with our Certified Personal Trainers. Small group training allows you to share both time and cost with others while still reaching your fitness goals. Each session is one hour. Each participant’s individual goals will be addressed. Prices are per group per session.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment

The Fitness Assessment is highly recommended for everyone involved in a fitness program. This assessment will pinpoint any imbalances in your fitness program. It will also define your present level of fitness including:
-Cardiovascular Fitness
-Core and Upper Body Strength
-Blood Pressure and Heart Rate
-Body Fat Testing

Once completed, our personal trainers will review the results, explain imbalances and present a fitness prescription to follow. Each assessment is 45 minutes.

Initial Assessment: $55 member/$65 non-member
3 Month Follow Up: $25 member/$35 non-member
