Get fit, strong and energized in this program that can accommodate all levels of ability. Our certified trainer will lead you in a safe and healthy way to increase flexibility, posture, balance and overall improvement in general everyday functions by using a variety of equipment and gentle dance exercises.

This moderately paced aerobic exercise and muscle toning program includes both aquatic and land based exercise. Classes will improve breathing, flexibility, balance and strength. Weights, cardio and balance exercise are incorporated into these workout sessions.
