We offer a variety of group fitness classes throughout the day in our Burlington and Winooski locations to accommodate your schedule and fitness level. Choose from traditional classes as well as cutting edge classes such as Cardio Cross Training, BODYATTACKTM, BODYPUMPTM and Zumba!

At the Y, we want you to achieve health and wellness the right way. This is why we design our group fitness class schedules wholistically - so that participants who attend 5 days per week are building strength and endurance in a balanced way, without over-exerting any one particular muscle group. All morning and evening classes in Burlington follow this principle, as do all noontime and evening classes in Winooski.
Classes in Burlington are included for Burlington members. Classes in Winooski are included for Winooski and Burlington members. Winooski Express does not include classes. Anyone else may participate on a space available basis by purchasing a daily pass (unless otherwise noted).
All classes are for ages 16 and up. All classes are available to members on a first-come first-serve basis. All classes are one hour in length unless otherwise noted. Class offerings are subject to change. Stop by Member Services to pick up a current group fitness schedule or visit gbymca.org.
