We offer a variety of group fitness classes throughout the day in our Burlington and Winooski locations to accommodate your schedule and fitness level. Choose from traditional classes as well as cutting edge classes such as Cross Fire, BODYPUMP® and Zumba®!
Our energetic and inspiring instructors are ready to motivate you to be your best. Take a class today, and you’re sure to sweat, strengthen, relieve stress and have a great time!
Burlington members can attend classes in Burlington or Winooski.
Winooski members can attend classes in Winooski. Winooski Express does not include classes.
Anyone else may participate on a space available basis by purchasing a daily pass (unless otherwise noted).
All classes are for ages 16 and up. All classes are available to members on a first-come first-serve basis. All classes are one hour in length unless otherwise noted. Class offerings are subject to change.

Certified Insanity instructor Kristin Kidder will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. Anyone can do this class, every move has a modification. HIIT training makes the most out of the time you spend working out. We are going to Dig Deep!
Incorporates into one system the physical and purification practices of Hatha Yoga; the mental disciplines of Raja Yoga; the prana awakening principles of Kundalini Yoga; the devotion of Bhakti Yoga; and the emphasis on service of Karma Yoga.
A moderate to vigorous practice of asana, pranayama, mantra, and brief meditation to increase health, happiness, and harmony. No experience necessary. Modifications provided. Class is 1.5 hours.
Build muscular strength, body balance, and power physically and mentally in this fun and challenging class. Beginners to Intermediates are welcome to come engage muscles and surrender the mind and stress. We’ll be practicing traditional poses while James teaches you how to make them more powerful and challenging. There will be balancing, holding postures, and active, fun flow with lots of interesting twists and transitions. It’s a great way to learn more about yoga and grow stronger at the same time!
This class will pump you up through interval training! This class incorporates intervals of cardio on our indoor cycling bikes and strengthening exercises using a variety of other equipment such as hand weights, resistance bands, etc. to shape and sculpt your entire body.
A perfect combination of Strength, Cardio and Abs that will blast through the calories. This 45 minute class will help you lose fat and gain muscle to attain that lean shredded body.

Tabata Interval training is the most intense HIIT training on the planet. Each tabata is only 4 minutes long with a work/rest ratio of 20/10, but you will work harder in 4 minutes than you would in 30 minutes of steady state. And what is best about Tabata Boot Camp is that you will train both cardio and strength without any wasted time.
This new innovative training strategically places high intensity cardio training between low intensity high repetition strength training. This training is not for the lighthearted. Come prepared to burn both visceral and external fat while developing lean muscle mass. Can you make the C.U.T.?
Vinyasa Yoga blends an eclectic array of yoga styles and practices. Wisdom and experience combine to create a class that incorporates a balanced flow of postures with an emphasis on connecting conscious breath with conscious movement.
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like Zumba. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deeprooted community among returning students. So ditch the workout and join the party!
