Don’t let winter blues get the best of you. Our conditioning clinics provide you with support of other participants and a certified personal trainer to help you improve your endurance through the shorter days while making sure you are enjoying yourself.

Improve your confidence in the gym or out playing your favorite sport by enhancing your supportive muscular strength in the core and excellent balance. Personal Trainer Nate will educate and show you exercise to increase balance, proprioception, and the supportive muscular strength in the core that are necessary to prevent injury and enhance muscular control during your activity. This class would benefit athletes getting ready for a spring sport or summer sport and anyone who is working on improving alignment and posture.
