YOUTH CLASSES     ADULT CLASSES
BEGINNER BALLET (Ages 3-5 years)
Youth learn balance, poise and basic techniques.
Mondays: 4-4:45pm; $70 (Y Members: $35)

MID-SECTION MELTDOWN
No more "Love Handles". Specifically designed to help shrink the waistline and shed unwanted pounds.
Mondays: 8:10-8:40am; $64 (Y Members FREE)

Wednesdays: 5:10-5:40 pm;

INTERMEDIATE BALLET (Ages 4-5 years)
This class is designed for students who have taken the Beginner Ballet class and are ready to move to the next level.
Mondays: 3-3:45pm; $70 (Y Members: $35)
SENIOR BALANCE CLASS
Improve balanced and reduce falls using exertube, stability ball, body weight and medicine ball exercises. All fitness levels welcome.
Mondays: 9:30-10:20am; $48 (Y Members: FREE)
YOUTH BALLET (Ages 6-8 years)
A class for younger school-age students. Participants will learn steps, positions, rhythms and combinations.

Tuesdays: 4-4:50pm; $70 (Y Members: $35)
 
FLOW YOGA
Flowing, connected movement and strengthening postures to reduce stress and improve flexibility, strength and breath control.
Mondays: 6-7:30pm; $80 (Y Members: $40)
Thursdays (Beginner): 8-9am; $80 (Y Members: $40)
Fridays: 6:30-7:30pm; $80 (Y Members: $40)
Saturdays: 10-11:30am: $80 (Y Members: $40)
CIRCUS TOTS (Ages 3-5 years)
Your preschooler will love learning the magic of circus arts in this introductory class. Children will learn basic acrobatics, balancing skills, juggling and more.
Thursdays: 10:30-11:15am; $90 (Y Members: $45)
GENTLE YOGA FOR WOMEN
This class will feature stretches, poses, and breathing exercises that support a women’s overall wellbeing. Women work toward increased balance, strength, energy, and calm.
Wednesdays: 9:15-10:15am; $80 (Y Members: $40)

HATHA FLOW
A dynamic flowing class beginning with breath work and meditation and proceeding with postures linked by vinyasa and set to music.
Tuesdays: 6-7:30pm; $80 (Y Members: $40)

SIVANANDA YOGA
Class includes prananyama (science of breath), all the asanas (postures), relaxation, and meditation.
Wednesdays: 6-7:30pm; $80 (Y Members: $40)

BELLY DANCING
Tone muscles, improve coordination and balance, develop your self-esteem.  All sizes and levels of fitness welcome.
Mondays: 7:30-8:30pm; $70 (Y Members: $35)

PILATES
Total body workout that emphasizes alignment, improves muscular balance, flexibility, strength, circulation and relaxation.
Thursdays: 6-7pm; $80 (Y Members: $40)


  
Membership For All program:
  Anyone can belong to the YMCA. We offer program and membership fee assistance for individuals and families with financial need. At the YMCA, no one is turned away due to the inability to pay. Call (802) 862-9622 or stop by our Welcome Center for more information or to pick up an application.
