Spinning® is a high-energy, non-competitive group workout that burns an average of 400-600 calories per class.
It's fun and easy to learn. Using stationary cycles, the class follows the instructor
through a guided-image ride of varying levels of intensity & using music and visualization
for an intense, motivating workout.

|
- Register for a full session of the class(es) of your choice.
- Advance registration is required for all classes.
- All participants are required to bring a water bottle.
- Heart rate monitors, cycling shoes and padded shorts are encouraged for your comfort.
- All new participants must arrive 10-15 min. prior to the start of their first class.
- The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than five participants.
