Spinning® classes are now free to Wellness Center members.
Online registration for Spin classes is unavailable at this time for Wellness Center Members.
Please call or stop by to register for the upcoming session.

Spinning® is a high-energy, non-competitive group workout that burns an average of 400-600 calories per class. It's fun and easy to learn. Using stationary cycles, the class follows the instructor through a guided-image ride of varying levels of intensity & using music and visualization for an intense, motivating workout.

  • Register for a full session of the class(es) of your choice.
  • Advance registration is required for all classes.
  • All participants are required to bring a water bottle.
  • Heart rate monitors, cycling shoes and padded shorts are encouraged for your comfort.
  • All new participants must arrive 10-15 min. prior to the start of their first class.
  • The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than five participants.

Flats, hills, acceleration drills, jumps and recovery stretches create this popular class format. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

NEW! Spin and Sculpt
Get the same challenging cardiovascular workout from spinning with short sculpting intervals.

NEW! Club Spin
Get motivated with your favorite club music! Music includes Hip Hop, reggae, trance and techno favorites.
