Y-29 Strength Training Express
(Ages 13+) Strength train your entire body in 29 minutes or less! Our certified personal trainers will lead you through a balanced workout that will deliver results. If you are looking to tone up, get stronger and feel great in a short amount of time, this class is for you.
Fitness Testing
Find out if your current fitness program is working and how fit you are. We'll help to determine your current fitness level and then develop a personal fitness program based on the results for a more accurate start towards your goal. The 1 1/2 hour protocol will test cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and endurance, body composition, blood pressure, resting heart rate and flexibility. 8 Pounds in 8 Weeks Weight Loss Program
Yes, this is possible! Lose weight in a sensible manner that is practical for average adults. Participants learn how to gradually decrease calories, increase exercise and feel more confident about fitness. Participants will utilize strength training equipment, cardiovascular machines and nutritional guidance to help them reach their goals. This program is limited to 8 participants!

Weight Training for Women I and II
A Personalized Weight Training Course for Women now available in two levels. LEVEL 1 - Working with a certified trainer, you'll design a program to meet your personal fitness goals using Nautilus, free weights and Bodymaster equipment. Enjoy the comraderie and motivation from working out with other adult women.

LEVEL 2 - for those who have completed the level 1 course. Advanced training techniques to keep your program moving!

No more "Love Handles." Specifically designed to help shrink the waistline and shed unwanted pounds. Held in the YMCA Studio Space.
