SPIRIT/MIND/BODY CLASS PASS
Use this pass to participate in any of our yoga, pilates or tai chi classes, at any site, on any day and at any time that fits into your busy schedule (excluding Mom & Baby Yoga and Yoga Storytimes. All classes listed below are included in this pass. Just imagine, you could take a class a day if you wanted! The cost is only $50 for a session ($100 for a session for Non-members). NEW! Nia
Nia fits all bodies, works for all ages, and can be adjusted to fit the needs of an athlete, dancer, teenager, teacher, actor, executive, and advanced or beginning students of movement. Nia is rich and exciting because it uniquely blens Jazz, Duncan and Modern Dance, Aikido, Tai Chi, Tae Kwom Do, Yoga and Body Integration Techniques.
Gentle Yoga for Women
Stretches, poses, and breathing exercises that support a woman's overall well being.
Flow Yoga
Experience flowing, connected movement and strengthening posture to reduce stress and improve flexibility, strength and breath control. Bring water bottle. Mat is provided.
Tai Chi
This ancient oriental practice unites spirit, mind and body. Increase energy and experience calmness in this gentle martial art. Introductory classes focus on breathing and concentration, and are appropriate for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Recommended to aid arthritis pain and stiffness.
Pilates
Engage your body and mind using controlled movements. Improve muscular balance, core body strength, flexibility and circulation. Perfect for beginners.

 
Kundalini Yoga
an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, this yoga style incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras.
Sivananda Yoga
Yoga for body, mind and soul taught by Hedi Mizouni, a yoga Sivananda yoga graduate. Class includes prananyama (science of breath), all the asanas (postures), relaxation and meditation
Hatha Flow Yoga
A dynamic flowing class beginning with breath work and meditation and proceeding with postures linked by vinyasa and set to music..
Beginner Yoga
Flowing, connected movement and strengthening postures perfect for the beginner.
