Fitness Classes
Instructors are professionally trained. Class segments include the Warm Up to help prepare the body for more vigorous exercise; Upper Body Work to firm chest and shoulder muscles which helps maintain correct body alignment and posture; Aerobics to improve the cardiovascular system; Cool-down to allow blood to return to the heart and brain from the extremities; Floorwork to strengthen muscles in the abdomen, legs and buttocks; and Relaxation to lengthen muscles and increase flexibility.

Fitness classes are free to members.

Cardio Karate
Improve balance, strength and cardiovascular fitness through practicing a series of karate moves at a vigorous pace.

Ripped!
A full-body workout guaranteed to increase strength and tone the entire body using a variety of equipment. All levels welcome.

Hi/Lo Aerobics
This hi/lo impact workout offers great music and hot moves, and is guaranteed to pump you up!

Step
Great aerobic workout using a Step Reebok platform with exciting combinations and music. Strengthening and toning at end of class.

Mid-Section Meltdown
No more "love handles". Designed to help tone the waistline!.

     
BodyRock Dance Workout with Tony
Get your heart pumping in this aerobic dance workout. Learn cool dance moves and have fun in this high-energy class. No dance experience necessary..

Ballet Sculpt
Use ballet training principles to tone the whole body. No ballet experience necessary.

Cardio-Sculpt
Solid aerobic floorwork combined with strengthening exercises using weights, tubes and mats.

Tai-Box
Reebok Core Program
Reebok Core Training is a dynamic, breakthrough innovation in fitness based on the premise that improved torso strength improves limb function and overall performance. The workout focuses on conditioning and training the body's central zone or "core" -the abs, torso, and other stabilizer muscles. Central to the program is the Reebok Core Board, the first-ever exercise board offering three dimensional action that tilts, twists, torques and recoils with the body's movements. The resistance and stability of the boare adjust to accommodate all populations and fitness levels making it an exciting and effective program for anyone desiring improved balance, posture, functional strength and overall performance. Reebok Core Classes are free to members.

Workplace Fitness
Make fitting your workout into your workday easy with our Corporate Fitness Program. We'll provide a certified instructor for Step, High/Low Impact, Yoga, Tai-Box, Self Defense, Strength & Stretch classes and more, and we send the instructor to you!

    Check out our Lunchtime Lecture Series as well. Professional YMCA fitness staff and nutritionists will come to your workplace and offer a six-week series of hour-long presentations on your choice of health and fitness topics.
