Adults ages 18 and older can enjoy the benefits of exercising in water.

The water's resistance and buoyancy create a challenging, yet low impact environment.
No swimming skills are required in these classes, but participants must feel comfortable in the pool.

| Water Aerobics Classes |
Total body conditioning workout that includes aerobic and resistance training. Music will accompany our workouts. All levels of fitness
will be challenged. No swimming skills necessary. However, you must feel comfortable in the water. For ages 16 and up.

Back by popular demand! This is a self-structured free play for active adults. Get your competitive blood flowing while
getting a great workout.

| Therapy Swim |
Enjoy our 86 degree pool for your therapeutic needs.
Adult individuals who are physically challenged or recovering from an injury are encouraged to participate.
Lifeguard supervised. A note from a doctor or physical therapist is required to participate.
